Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano are not your usual house duo. With a long-standing background in house music, they have the knowledge of the genre and its roots at their core, and this foundation informs their eclectic sounds. Blending elements of house, tribal, techno, electro, Latin flavours and more into their productions and DJ sets, theirs is a sound which looks both to the past and to the future with plenty of groove at its heart.
Cutting their teeth on the Dutch scene, they rose to became one of the country’s most dependable and in-demand house music DJs, amassing a huge fanbase which would serve us a vital springboard for their now-burgeoning international career. The two have been friends for life, Sunnery with a more outgoing demeanour and Ryan the more reserved one. It’s a dynamic which works in perfect harmony and has ensured their long and successful working relationship.

From the moment they entered the DJ profession, they agreed to do something serious with their common passion: house music. Although they have both been into music since their childhood days, this moment doesn't feel like it was very long ago. Their first gig together was in November Residencies at different national organizations such as 'Sappig' quickly followed and they visited every quality club in The Netherlands as a DJ duo. These upcoming talents have established themselves as top national DJs very rapidly. In a short time, the exotic names of Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano have matured into familiar faces on the dance scene.

Sunnery Gorré en Ryan de Lange werken al sinds samen en hebben zich in een ongekend tempo opgewerkt in de wereld van aansprekende dj’s. Al snel brengen ze aansprekende tracks uit, waaronder Just Believe, Pondo, Snitch en We are. Via Spinnin’ brengen ze in de thema’s voor Dance Valley (Triton) en Energy (Firefaces) uit. Die laatste staat dat jaar ook in de Tipparade.
Na Drums Of Tobago, dat in december verschijnt, komen ze in met het commerciëlere The One That Got Away, waarop de vocalen van Clara Mae te horen zijn. In maken de twee hun programma Sexy By Nature ook voor Radio Savages, hun nieuwste track die in april verschijnt, wordt de e Dance Smash bij Radio Halverwege augustus duikt het duo weer op in de Tipparade met In My Bones. Drie maanden later maken ze met Guus Meeuwis de track Nooit Meer Verliefd.
In maken ze met Rani de track Life After You. Een jaar later maken ze samen met Dragonette, Cat Dealers en Bruno Martini de track Summer Thing. In mei gaan ze de samenwerking aan met Sofi Tukker en brengen ze de single Trompa uit.
